Description
Team Camp offers collegiate team training techniques to you and your junior high or high school team. The University of North Florida coaches and current/former athletes are here to guide your team through the training, tactics, and techniques of volleyball to give you a competitive advantage over your opponents. Don’t miss this opportunity to get your team together for valuable preseason practice sessions and matches! This year's program will focus on competition and game-like situations and allow coaches to train likewise. The camp will include skill, systems, and strategy instruction, and will conclude with tournament play. During this camp there will also be coaching/player huddles which will focus on building team culture, film breakdown, and mental training.
Location: UNF Arena- 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224

- Lunches will be available at an additional charge
